Error on document links view if destination document has been deleted

    If link together two documents, then delete one document, clicking on links link of the remaining document produce this error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: getid() in C:\Programmi\ktdms-3.0.2-oss\var\tmp\%%DF^DF8^DF8EFC3A%%document_links.smarty.php on line 73

    the line can vary based on the deleted document link (from or to).

    It seems that deleting a document doesn't delete also the links to or from tha document in the relatted documents.

templates/ktstandard/action/document_links.smarty

This will partially fix the problem.
It doesn't delete the link but shows "This document has been deleted." in the links screen. Then you can manually delete the link.
